Job Description:

• Production Manager needed for International Web-Video Project covering Kazakhstan [Almaty and Astana]. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in web 3.0. The production manager is involved in monitoring both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (shooting, post-production) stage.
• The Project Manager shall supervise, manage and control a young and professional team of 4 people making research for video interviews, prepare meeting schedules and shooting 2-4 video interviews per day with one camera operator and one interviewer.
• Tasks include overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; ensuring that the production is cost effective; budget human and material resources; make timelines and co-ordination for other team members, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

Requirements:

• Successful candidates must have excellent English, Russian language skills.
• Strong team leadership, organizational and analytical skills; extremely high motivation and ability to work within tuff deadlines.
• The position requires relevant experience of PR or journalistic experience and preferably making interviews. Know-how of Telecom.
• IT or Media sectors in Kazakhstan, as well as wide network of contacts as an advantage.

• Project start mid-September.
