Job Description:

• The position’s objective is to provide organizational and external communication support to a busy TV Production Team.
• To schedule meetings and in doing so interact with PR departments and CEO level staff for arranging interviews woth VIPs and top managers
• To forward written material and weblinks to 100+ organisations over next three months and to follow with phone calls in order to set meetings with specific agendas

Requirements:

• Excellent command of written and spoken Russian and English
• Excellent communication skills; high discipline; responsibility; accuracy.
• Extrovert and professional experience from Television, Journalism etc
• Experince from project co-ordination and teamworking

Reporting to

• TV Production Manager
