Job Description:

•The position’s objective is to provide organizational and external communication support to a busy TV Production Team.
•To schedule meetings and in doing so interact with PR departments and CEO level staff for arranging interviews woth VIPs and top managers
•To forward written material and weblinks to 100+ organisations over next three months and to follow with phone calls in order to set meetings with specific agendas

Requirements:

•Excellent command of written and spoken Russian and English
•Excellent communication skills; high discipline; responsibility; accuracy.
•Extrovert and professional experience from Television, Journalism etc
•Experince from project co-ordination and teamworking

Reporting to

•TV Production Manager
